The barriers confronted every endeavor, but in most cases, the challenges that we face are attributed to inadequate or lack of financing programs. For instance, Home Supportive Services (IHSS) in the state of Indiana manages to finance only $500 per month for all the expenses that are associated for taking care of people living with Disabilities (Szanton et al. The house social employees or intern students will be helpful in providing transportation services. Also, the weekend will be considered as a time when the clients should be allowed to be free, and therefore the family members and friends will be encouraged to be visiting the accommodated disabled people (Mock & Love, 2012). The volunteers will help in monitoring the progress of our clients. In case of an emergency, an alert system will be used to notify the relevant staff for the appropriate action to be implemented. Target Population The target group comprises of working age (18-64), who occupy low-income level and they are persons living with Disabilities. This group of Americans is significantly underrepresented in most of the employment sectors, and therefore they tend to be one of the weakest groups in the United States.
