It is called scientific method in the first place because it basically depends on testable and measurable stuff (Feibleman, 1972). It is an iterative process that involves: 1. Questioners 2. Research 3. Hypothesis Construction 4. It is a fast-growing town surrounded by hills and it has always been assumed that getting in through the bypass is just like getting in through the bridge. My hypothesis: 20% of fuel is saved by motorists taking the bypass instead of the bridge to Haven Town. This experiment will be aimed at determining the exact cost difference when entering town through the two major roads. What will be measured in this case is the fuel amount used and of course, the time spent on the road because as they say, “time is money”.

The exact distance driven will also be important for cross-checks. My experiment will run for seven days so that all the days of the week are covered. I will conduct it in the morning between 7am to 9am. I will use two cars that are similar and two experienced drivers who know how to drive while saving as much fuel as they can. I will be measuring three things: (Feibleman, 1972). The exact distance travelled when taking each route from the Mountain View estate stage to the main bus stage in the central business district. For my hypothesis, I am giving my 20% a 2% allowance above or below. The experiment is designed to run for a whole week. This is because traffic densities vary monthly, weekly, daily and hourly.
