When undertaking their studies, learners should first think critically before engaging in creative thinking. Critical thinking provides an opportunity to rationally and clearly judge a topic or an item of discussion. When learners apply critical thinking before creativity, they have an opportunity to grow their creative skills based on the critical analysis of the various topics or subjects. Critical thinking plays an important role in enabling learners to understand the worth and the validity of already existing things (Leicester & Taylor, 2010). Some of the critical thinking issues revolve around facts and things that learners cannot change as they remain constant in their studies. It is through the critical thinking skills that learners get an opportunity to develop the creative skills thus introducing new items in the market based on their growing skills and talents as well as abilities.
