By precisely recording information, refreshing and following them on a productive and general premise, organizations can address their difficulties on one hand and make utilization of the enormous potential offered by this segment then again. To achieve this they have to design a database and manage it well. The database design is an integrated process which includes such activities as: database planning, system definition, requirements collection and analysis, DBMS selection, application design, implementation, data conversion and loading, testing and operational maintenance. The interrelationship and the whole design process is shown in the diagram below. Information system design, analysis and implementation is achieved through various methods or mechanisms. Before allowing the new system is adopted it must first be thoroughly tested. The main aim of testing is to ensure that there are no errors and they are found they are rectified before adopting.

These activities are what make the process of DBMS. For any business to succeed it must guarantee that it guarantees that there is productive information administration.   For example, we process membership dues by reviewing the membership application, entering the key data elements, creating an invoice, entering payment against the invoice, printing a welcome letter, sending a welcome packet, and so on. When contemplating a new database or an upgrade, completely review your business processes.   This will help you determine if you have inefficient or improper (or just plain outdated) procedures in place.   Discuss these processes with your association software developer.   Your developer has created the software to handle each process in a particular manner. If the information is entered incorrectly into data what is expected after execution is the incorrect that is GIGO (garbage in, garbage out).

To ensure effective and correct entering of data, organizations have to come up with certain standard which acts as guidelines. Standardizing data entry is critical for developing useful and accurate management reports.   Without strict standards, sorting of data can become difficult if not impossible.   The fourth steps are that there must be continuous updating and collection of data. The suitability should be look at everyone’s view and a consideration should be made if you can set different levels of permission for various and different groups or personnel. b) Visualization & Reporting- The visualization & reporting of the method chosen be the first considered. The database system selected should be easy to visualize. The results of any queries displayed should also be clear and easy to analyze.
