Part-time enrollment greatly affects the completion of the college education. There are a lot of tertiary institutions which have this program that was aimed majorly on those students who have employed in most of the organization. Most of the students are not in a position to multitask which has greatly led to the low-quality results at the end of the course. It is more recommendable nontraditional students to be studying when they are young, with the high cognitive ability and be have self-determination as this would increase the chances of completing the course. Warden's and Myers' article will be useful because they did studies on students over the age of 25 (nontraditional) and also on students under 25 (traditional) to see what motivates them to go to college and get a high GPA.
This article is credible because the writers is a professor of psychology and the article is written for other Doctors of Psychology. The relationship between the two variables in academic performance has been fully explored in addressing the factors which lead to the attained results. According to this research, nontraditional students achieve the GPA of 72 which is relatively higher than the one attained by the traditional students. Nontraditional students are determined, self-motivated, hardworking, and they work under minimal supervision.
