As such, the leaders must portray the goals of the organization and be certain they model and nurture others establishing organization culture. Fostering collaborative high-quality inter-relationship rudimentary on professionalism, decency, and respect. Developing and sustaining strong ethical culture is key to crucial to establishing corporate that reinforce knowledge management through interaction and sharing of information essential in making significant ethical decisions and building ethical behavior culture. Involving departmental management leaders to ensure laws, regulation, procedure, and policies are feasible. Compliance with the internal procedure, established laws and regulations starts with involving management leaders of each department of the corporation.

Meeting with leaders will ensure is comprehended by people. Thus, the division leaders will clearly re-communicate laws and procedures to make sure they understand and adherence to the legislation forms the firm culture. In addition the leaders will be reinforcing the compliance of the regulations and take action when the internal procedure, laws, and regulations are misused which will enhance compliance with the established corporate legislation. Recognizing and appraising people who effectively conform to the legislation through giving incentives reinforces devotion to the set organization laws and motivates others to conform. Evaluation of compliance effectiveness to the established corporate legislations through effective communication with the people regarding the legislation concerns give feedback of adherence to the laws, regulation, and internal procedure.

Should government become more involved in the regulation of business or should it back off, leaving more to the businesses themselves? Business regulations involve providing framework and rules for enterprise activities. Regulation is initiated for consumer protection, create standards and assert ethics. In addition, the government protects besides safety, the health of not only the general public but also the environment. The regulation prevents industries from polluting and degrading the natural environment. Therefore, business should learn to coordinate with the government to make reliable regulations Finally, regulation generates revenue for the state. Many business programs need licensing and certification that enterprise must pay for their operation. The funds gathered pays for government programs.

They do not consider the implication a quantity of money can have on community’s economy. Consequently, white collar offenses are non-violent but have a detrimental effect on the individual victimized. The law enforcers consider the crime to be an illegal act of concealment, violation, and deceit of trust. As such, the felony involves a form of mistrust in order for the perpetrator to attain monetary gain. The punishment for white-collar crime is less severe than criminal violence. The business must appropriately give dividends to its investors and shareholders. Enterprise should avail positive working environment conditions and give fair salaries and wages to its employees. Moreover, it is social responsibility of business to avail constant supply of quality goods and services to the consumer at affordable prices.
