The purpose of the relocation may be in search of employment as a temporary foreign worker or as a Migrant Worker. There are several perspectives that have emerged based on U. S immigration implications on spouses. Various levels of stakeholders raised their views regarding the immigration policies. Scores of families asserted that they have to adapt to the new school's environment, and if not done effectively it has a tremendous negative effect towards their growth. In the History, most of the immigrants in the United States in the history were as a result of the people seeking economic freedom. Others immigrated in search of religious freedom as the country was more democratic than the native country of the immigrants. Each person receives their card of identity as citizenship without much consideration on their spouses. The legislation is doing many adjustments to have the laws on immigration should cover all the close people of the affected immigrants especially their spouses. Other families live in fear that if their families are realized that they consist of immigrants who are not documented, then they will be uprooted by the immigration officers. The results are that the couples live in fear and some even end up separating. Better policies need to be developed and get implemented to recognize the immigrants that marry in the USA are recognized as full citizens of the country. Any time that a family migrates it has to adapt to the new prevailing condition as they interact with the people. It is not possible for the children born by immigrants to access the health services as they are considered to be noncitizens. It has been hard in some situation for the children of the immigrants also to access the education to all levels as they are discriminated by being immigrants. The policies that current president of the United States of America has brought forth are meant to improve the economy of the country without much consideration of the social rights of the families. There have been families that have been deported by the current government without much consideration of what they consist.

The deportation has caused detrimental effects towards the families affected. Some families have been accused of being the brood of terrorism and as they immigrants host their friends and spouses from the home countries. The advocates have been in the forefront to distance themselves with the policies that are meant to prohibit people to be restricted on the basis that they are immigrants. Their arguments are based on the fact that all individuals have a right to access the basic needs and social amenities in the country as long as they are living in the country. The advocates that have supported the policies on immigration that restrict the rights of the immigrant's spouses argue out that the security if the natives are to be considered first and anyone else is not directly protected by the local laws, policies, and regulations. The rights of the spouses of the immigrants should not be placed first at the expense of the need of the Americans. People will be allowed into America based on the skills, and therefore, spouses that will not have the stipulated skills and knowledge will not be entitled to settle in America. The immigrants will be reluctant to establish a permanent settlement in America without their spouses and or even the family members. However, based on the comprehensive immigration policies, spouse immigration process is likely to be affected adversely as well as the number of spouses that are receiving a visa.

The process is expected to be very lengthy and intensive to ensure the number of people entering into America as a spouse are legally eligible.
