Additionally, there is a probable risk of social engineering where there is a psychological manipulation of the users to divulge confidential information. The students can also attempt to access unauthorized sites and access. There is also a possible risk of removable drives being stolen from devices used for accessing the internet. The administrators/staff records comprise majorly of the course support materials for administrators. Faculty reports comprise of faculties’ performance and everyone’s benefits reports, while the student’s records comprises of data about the students including, their registration/administration number, course grades, and course levels.
