Born on August 2, 1942, by Tomas Allende and Francisca Llona, Isabelle Allende is a Citizen of Peru born in Lima city. Her father worked as the ambassador of Chilean to Peru and was also a cousin to the assassinated Uncle of Isabel Salvador Allende. Isabel Allende grew up in Peru and never had the chance to spend time in Chile as a child. She developed her love for literature as a teen to a point where she is among the most accomplished literature writers in the world today. Isabel Allende is known as a magic realist traditional and is celebrated as the first successful female novelists from Latin America. Allende is attributed to various good deeds and achievements that she has done and received through her writing and being involved in giving back to society. For instance, she runs a foundation by the name "Isabel Allende Foundation" that deals with supporting various programs that promote issues the deal with women rights and the empowerment of women and girls across the globe.
