Moreover, the aspect of e-commerce in the Amazon Company has projected it as one of the most prominent online marketplaces where consumers can order products from all the parts of the world and expect very high quality. The primary objective of the Amazon Company is to increase the marketability of its product and promote products sales across the globe as a whole. The Amazon Company, therefore, has based most of its strategies on marketing as the marketing department of the organization is a critical player in the marketability of the company products.
Many change drivers exist in an organization including the technological change, crisis, and new business entrants and marketing. There are also other forms such as organization structuring and mergers. The business organization utilizes different resources which can be defined regarding their uses via methods such as allocation of budget, and methods of business operations. There also various reasons why an organization might need the change management processes. They include a business revolution. Additionally, the implementation of the learning process swill enables the organization to meet some of its goals and the other consumer goals since it will be revolutionized and cover most of the organizational aspects. For the practice to be successful though, the stakeholders of the organization including the employees and the managers should be ready and willing to accept the changes within the organization and show full cooperation for the program to be successful (Argote, 2012).
The learning program is therefore essential for the organization itself and its stakeholders who will gain a lot of knowledge on various aspects and subjects which will be taught in the whole process. The implementation of the learning process also should take place and should be communicated to the organization stakeholders before its implementation or commeasure. The change management will also serve various purposes such as improving the morale of the employees and motivating them to achieve the best performance.
