Organizations have mechanisms that enable each and every one to offer the skills at hand. Understanding the organizational set up is vital. Failure to recognize the system orientation results in loss of the job as well as disorientation in the leadership structure. Most company profiles believe in making profits through offering quality services that meet the requirements of the designated clients. Most people assert that working is quite demanding which call for most commitment. The audio-visual interview was transcribed to give a clear outline of the type of data responses provided. Research Ethics Before collection of the research, individuals were notified of the reasons as to why the data was being collected. Anonymity was highly prescribed before the commencement of the research process. As part of the research process, the respondents were informed of the procedural method involved in the data collection and the entire research.
Security consent was guaranteed to the respondents before the start of the research process. The respondents alluded that working in lonely environments leads to less productivity. To ensure maximum output there is the essence of a social environment as it ensures one has the opportunities to learn new ideas from the people around him or her. Career Change was a very common aspect that was realized during the interview. For instance, Jill interprets of how he transformed from a child setting to an adult setting. This is done based on the future circumstances. Dolly, explains how communication relations have been affected due to the change in the leadership. On the other hand, Jack explains of how he responds to management and leadership issues along the line of duty. As leader, understanding the principles set is fundamental as it promotes both team work and unity.
Polly illustrates of how as a leader, one is expected to make decisions that promote the company welfare. The other aspect from the interviewees is that teamwork is vital. The new members who chip in for duty may not be conversant with the principles, cultures and any undertaking that occurs in the company. They, therefore, need to learn and adjust to the new environment. In addition to that, social relations due to culture shock can be experienced. Most people have reasons as to why they work. For instance, work can be done either as a passion or the love for money. Working as a team and getting to identify with each other appropriately has a great impact. Motivating oneself at the place of work should be taken positively. As a passionate staff, aspects of motivation should be considered less (Joseph, Newman, and O'boyle, 2015, p298).
However, there are other companies whose leadership structure is enticing to the extent that it motivates the staff within the organization. Discussion As an individual, apprehension of the principles of work matters a great deal. Intelligence at work is evaluated at how one responds to the emerging issues that arise (Serrat, 2017, p331). Additionally, the intelligence of a leader should be accommodative to deduce matters that may arise. The challenges that come in a working environment are not meant to derail the inner understanding of our expectations. Our behaviors are defined by the thoughts, feelings, and attitudes that are in the workplace. Poor relations are impactful in a negative way. Furthermore, the social behavior in an institution has relevance. From the responses, it is candid to claim that social problems are common within the organization.
However, adaptable strategies define the real outcome. Being passionate in the workplace makes work easier than waiting for instructions.
