Being aware of the psychological changes that occur during puberty is very important as it prepares one to deal with his or her children during this stage. This paper discusses the psychological effects of puberty (Kail, R. V. , & Cavanaugh, J. C. , & Cavanaugh, J. C.   Mood Swings. Teenagers have ‘raging hormones’ and radical mood swings. C.   The body changes related to puberty results in new romantic relationships. There are both psychological reasons behind why sleep deficiencies can happen amid adolescence. To start with, the body's sleep-wake cycle depends on "circadian beat" which, therefore, is affected by hormones. Amid adolescence, a natural shift happens in a teenager's circadian rhythm that makes them feel all the more completely caution later during the night. It is unfortunate that they should even now rise right in time for school and different exercises.
