The first police crime lab was established in 1923 and the reliance on forensic evidence was not a new technique as police were relying on other techniques such as fingerprinting to obtain criminal information. In 1909, there was the establishment of the first forensic lab in France and it was presented formally by provision of aging microscope and some reagents needed to do the initial lab investigations. It has been used as a weapon against crime amongst other forms of crime. This is achieved by providing some services that help to improve the safety of the people involved. Some of the services include provision of ambulances for the culprits which can help improve the security. Therefore they manage and coordinate the forces within companies dealing with security. Corporate security has been developed from the defensive ability mostly focusing on protecting a certain group. It is mostly dominated with police, intelligence and the forces. Security professionals are trained to address the security issues and emergencies (Briggs, Edwards & Pickard, 2006). The issue of response to emergencies and attacks should be solved by providing enough security personnel and also use of more modern facilities and technology.

Proper supervision should be provided in the security administration department in order to ensure everyone is doing his work and punishing those who resist to work appropriately. The infrastructures should be well maintained to enhance faster service delivery (Briggs, Edwards & Pickard, 2006). The security personnel should be well equipped with necessary weapons as this directly affect the response of any disaster. D. , & Edwards, J. T.
