Inadequate architectural knowledge is hindering researchers from exploring more about the IoT, the approach on the IoT is poor and not well researched. Anything that impacts the future requires good research to avoid loop holes in the major prototypes, presence of loopholes in research gives room for presentation of products that don’t meet the market and generation standard. According to the abstract of the article, IoT contributes to the cultural heritage conservation, this is achieved through the efficient utilization of data obtained from electronic sensors. The paper focuses on the acquisition of data, data processing, cloud computing, data presentation and rendering of data to end user. The work also focuses on the IoT architecture which is the actual foundation for sensor nodes, the IoT research carried on developed sensor nodes shows that the nodes will offer required solution for over a period of ten years.

The use of controlled environment is important and necessary since it allows real time reaction if abnormal conditions are recorded in a site. (Angel P. , et al, pg. IoT technique application in cultural Heritage In order to record the real time activities and taking of readings immediately when a fault occurs in the sites, especially accidents, vandalism or robbery, online control of systems is key. This is meant for preservation and safety control preparedness, this controlled monitoring is important for preservation of cultural heritage for future generations. The approach on heritage conservation through IoT energy saving technology shows that researchers can manufacture nodes that have a lifespan of over ten years and consumes less power. Contribution and weaknesses The IoT technology in Heritage conservation has led to researchers coming up with new ideas on manufacture of wireless devices, cloud computing technology and system energy requirement evaluation.

The manufacturers of devices have learnt that future gadgets should be based on energy consumption. The paper only shows us the positive use and how to improve on efficiency of sensor nodes, it does not highlight on the negative IoT impacts which should not be assumed. With an inclusive information about the challenges facing implementation of these sensor diodes the paper would have touched on all the aspects of IoT real time implementation using sensor diodes. in the transportation sector is important in the crowd monitoring and the smart traffic control where the streetlight are fitted with the human vehicle sensors. IoT is also applied in industrial manufacturing where artificial intelligence is used in product movements and identification. Environmental monitoring and controlling release of toxic gases in the environment by use of sensors that monitor the air particles.
