Both the BON and ANA are basically functional different as one. The ANA is an assistive agency while BON is agency the deals with policing. FDA decisions have a great impact which affects me many times. Before performing a task on a patient the nurse must have learned or trained in a nursing institution in the state of Mississippi. The clinical nurse specialist also has an influence on the professional practice; this practice by the state of Mississippi helps the nurses to deliver advanced practice of nursing which cares for the people whether in groups or individuals. As a hospital nurse, I gather all the possible solutions to this menace. One of the possible solutions of minimizing the interruptions is sometimes I have to pin a post on the door asking anyone who needs have to first ask me. Despite my efforts to have his family and the providers of his education, the young patient did not stop eating. After some time of not seeing him, finally, I got to see him, funny enough he had gained a considerable amount of weight and the patient was very happy. An error applying medication A. To have your patients taking everything you say, the quality if dependability must be there, and further, the trust gained also helps me in dispatching my duties. The leadership quality of intelligence is the one that enables me to know what I am talking about to the patients, thus I am able to find correct answers to the questions the patients ask. Ideally, not all the people know everything, hence nurses also should not be expected to know everything at a go, and they not are machines (Viney, 2002). The expectation of nurses should be gathering information, or look for an alternative in the board who is knowlgeable about the information that we don’t have and later get the expertise. The team wants you to have the ability to apply your knowledge in the right manner.

By having and applying the knowledge, you should also be able to make decisions that are based on the situation. Usually, a team would love to have an input in the decision-making process but it remains the leader role to make the decision, even when it is considered a tough decision to make and also considering the one that suits the team (Nutting, 2007). Another big role is played by the attribute of enthusiasm; a team would basically follow a leader who has the will and eagerness to lead. This trait is a must for team leadership.
