Although it is essential one should always be cautious in all the methods to use because some examples of the methods exist as barriers. Mostly many business persons always expose ignorance on knowledge concerning the legal or the political environment (1). Legal environment to countries with parliament, congress or generally a country with a working constitution is always associated with industrial laws making businesses to work under friendly competition and helps in protection to the bounding consumer rights. The compliance with the laws and regulations can result in non-reasonable or unexplained deduction tinting bad image in the publicity and sometimes civil damage. Another aspect of external environment is the economic factor which influences both consumers and marketers. The aspect of economical fluctuation applies globally. The economy influences what the marketers and the consumers spend. Any changes in the economy affect or are affected by the force in demand, supply, the willingness of buying and the nature of the competition.

Generally, nowadays any economic change has a vast impact on organizational growth. Patel feels that learning is the only option for him if the condition isn’t solved (3). The other internal environmental factor is the management/board of directors. Not every organization has a board of directors but all companies must have some management. In this case of Dr. Patel and Amrita, they have a board of trustees because it is a hospital. In this case first of all a mission statement should have been the first thing, here they could implement some objectives such as behavioral which controls the behaviors of the employed workers plus those families of the patients. The other objectives should be the overall process objective which should counter the surrounding and put up some regulations hindering it to interfere with inside activities of an organization that could impact through the hired professionals.

Conclusion Customer liaison can be seen as an improvement by any organization that is after winning the minds of the clients. As it is the management of each and every business firm meeting the needs of their customers fully is always their primary interest. Baylor Scott and white management is seen to concentrate on the needs of the clients and as you see the CEO is seen to be behind the implementation of the PCE’S but when Amrita Rajesh complains about it being one of the reasons why workers have been leaving, he doesn’t seem to be influenced by the examples she is providing. Like in this case the patients may find the services friendly because of the program that has been put in place as it helps them explain themselves and gives a good satisfaction for both the clients and their families.
