Our company is looking for a marriage and family therapist. As the recruitment manager for the firm, I would ask the following questions: 1. Give an example of how you set your goals and how you ensure that you achieved them. Please explain to us how you work effectively and efficiently under pressure. Give an example of a situation where you applied logic to solve a problem. A candidate has to convince me on the fact that he once used logic in solving a problem (Motowidlo et. al 571). The candidate that demonstrates it well will be sure of the job because this is one very important attribute in an employee. The ability to deal with multiple projects is also an area of evaluation.
