Two preschools expressed interest and had instructors who were willing and ready to engage in focus groups. Three teachers from the two-focus group turned up to be interviewed. How did the researcher collect data in the study? Qualitative interviews, as well as focus groups, were carried out to collect data (Berger, 2007). Hence, a qualitative study technique was selected because the research study was exploratory in nature. Both male and female gender can become perpetrators of bullying. Therefore, bullying behaviour is even on both genders. Girls utilize relational bullying, as well as are more exclusive. In addition, boys tend to show more aggression when bullied than girls. In the classroom, teachers need to be proactive to recognize signs of bullying and address it to prevent future incidences of bullying in their class (Jan and Husain, 2015). Also, teachers need to identify victims of bullying and offer guidance and counselling to them. In school level, policies involving bullying need to be facilitated and promoted with consistency in school.
