Nurses are sometimes faced to make some rather tasking decisions based on the issues at hand at this can be quite a dilemma. Dilemmas in the nursing profession are seemed to happen and it requires more than the normal professional code of conduct to make some wise decisions when faced with an ethical decision which is also of moral dilemma. Healthcare Policies that can affect emergency care and considers the effects on patient experience Many healthcare policies have been formulated in the society and in the healthcare field in general. These health care policies affect how the patients affect the service delivery to the patients and also how the nurses work towards delivering their services to the patients. There are various stipulated policies that need to be followed when delivering the services to the specific health units and this affects how the nurses deliver the emergency care services at her patients.

They act as a link between the well-being of the patient and their health standards (Sari & Baysal, 2018). Morality is a key thing that should guide the decision making by the burses in the people that they ought to be helped and given the required medical attention. Ethics is also another tenet that can be explained in creating and depicting the best health practice that will meet the needs of the patients (Anderson, 2018). Basing on the case at hand where two triage patients are under the same problem and needed some critical help, the nurses are forced to make some wise decisions which must resonate with another professional background, the moral well being and also their ethical considerations. In this case, Frank Jeffers is likely to get the first attention due to his history in the community and the fact that he has dependents.

It has developed some of the key methodologies that are aimed at providing the best services to the patients with ease and these policies and protocols must be followed to the later in service delivery to the patients. However, these policies and protocols can have inherent challenges on how the nurses execute their services to the patients. A nurse will have a hard time making decisions that will infringe or go against the requirements of the policies that the hospital has set. In this case, nurses are held between following the policies and the protocols already set up in the health unit in dealing with the issue at hand. It is an ethical dilemma that is mostly faced within the health units and it affects the services delivery by the patients and how they execute the services.

One of the key examples that can be used to explain the healthcare disparities in the present society is the healthcare attention that the rich in the society are given. The richer the person, the high quality the healthcare services are provided and this gives them an upper hand in the health matters (Anderson, 2018). Conclusion Nurses are affected by various issues in their line of work. Many issues affect the service delivery of the patients and one of them is the policies and other protocols that determine how the burses should work in a health unit, This hinders the moral obligation and the ethical consideration that the nurses ought to follow in their quest to deliver the best service to the patients.
