My personal philosophy as a teacher
I also get an opportunity to demonstrate a positive outlook on my students’ lives and make sure they gain the needed life skills to have a happy and healthy lifestyle either at school or at home. A philosophy is a theory that acts as a guiding principle for behavior while teaching theories are a set of interrelated constructs, definitions, and propositions that present a systematic view of teaching. My personal philosophy as a teacher is using preventive and supportive behavior strategies more than corrective. This will be achieved by engaging my students in lessons and expectations that are clear and straight to the point. Another personal philosophy is creating room for expression and creativity, students should have the freedom to experiment whatever they like and dislike in order for them to learn and know their strengths and weaknesses.
