There are two configurations that further combine building blocks of organizations depending on its arrangement and put them in two major categories that are mechanistic structures and organic structures.
Mechanistic organization are highly related to the formalized and centralized department and its communication is much formal and every employee is given specific working description that will define all what he or she is required to do with all roles and responsibilities well mentioned and described. Organic structures department group on the other side is much flexible and decentralized having absolutely very low level of formality. Communication on this kind of structure is more free, fluid and flexible. Workers job instructions are not as close and strict or straight as for the other department structure, instead it is broad and workers are allowed to perform their work according to individual skills and knowledge level. When a certain organization develops and reaches the world competitive level, change and improvement of its products will be necessary.
The other factor is the condition of current market demand. High demand in the company goods and services will enforce the company work hard and adjust its working schedule in order to produce the amount the market demands. Poor performance record can still because the company changes its working programs, management and workers. This will be necessary for the company to avoid more project failure which will cause collapse or much company loose.
