It offers thorough guidelines to self-actualization by linking various types of love. In the process of explaining the links between the different types of love, Chopra’s arguments demonstrate how to foster a deeper and meaningful life through the recognition of the initiation power in the types of love. The book shows how the formation of a strong bond with family members, active cultivation of love, and thoroughly performing and practicing and developing love with relatives creates opportunities to heal and learn. Therefore, Chopra’s arguments center on the subject of healing. In Way of the Peaceful Warrior, Dan Millman illustrates how each individual is bestowed with a very strong power in their body and how they can use their mind to open the entrance to peace.
