I believe an effective lesson would get the students thinking and it would allow them to interact and ask questions, tap into their background knowledge, and build new skills. (Ullman, 2011) Having a good plan in place does requires setting a realistic and attainable goal, knowing what you want t accomplish with time, money, and staff. (Sawyer, 2012) I found the SWOT analysis would be a great guide for implementing each person strengths, hopefully increasing opportunities for team building, we could learn from each others weakness to make us a stronger as a team, and having a action plan when anything negative happens unexpectedly in our future. Organizing To set proper goals for your class you must plan a day ahead of time to keep yourself well organized.
To exceed the standards would indicate higher quality in the program experience. My earlier experience with physical education was zany since; he would make us wrestle each other to pass class time. He would not watch us but he would bark criticism at us all the time. And my goal would be to model my classes from Society of Health and Physical Educators (Shape) and National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS). Controlling It would be many factors that would help keep the departments to run smoothly as one. We would have each new hire take a personality test and be a honest person. We look for several characteristics in potential new employees, but most importantly we are looking for a proficient knowledge of material that will be taught, the ability to take initiative when appropriate, strong leadership qualities, a passion for education, and morals and values that are similar to that of our own instructors.
