Every employee in the workplace on employment and upon consistent performance appraisal exercises demonstrates their competencies and skills towards executing their job description. An analysis is imperative to ascertain the additional value that psychological capital contributes when it comes to enhancing the ability of an employee to perform their duties. A qualified employee with the right skills set, experience and competent in what they do cannot put their value in practice if they are troubled by emotional challenges since it impairs their judgment. The concentration needed to execute one's duty diligently calls for a right psychological state that will ensure they focus and are attentive to their mandated duties to yield better outcomes. The additional value is evident from an analysis of two employees with equal qualifications while one is challenged emotionally there will be an outright variance on the quality of work attained by each employee.

The positive emotions existing in religion circles include love, peace, awe, and gratitude that might not be comprehensive when it comes to enabling an individual control their emotions so as not to impair on their productivity. Positive emotions such as amusement and pride do not extensively feature in religious circles hence making it difficult to improve the ability of people to take on emotional challenges. The society through engaging different people together with personal conviction comes in handy towards improving the capacity to lead a life full of optimism and positivity. The reliance on religion might be counterproductive for persons that are not emotionally tough since they are at the risk of giving up easily. Parker, Bindl, and Strauss (2010) agree that management should be prepared to expedite quality performance through taking advantage of the opportunities presented in the market, preventing and solving problems by enhancing employee psychological state. The process of making things happen indeed should emanate from employees personal initiative as established in the article but equally depends on the input of management to ensure the working environment supports self-development. The need to understand how better to enhance organizational performance by ensuring employees attitude is based on positive emotions. Management input should seek to respond to the dynamic nature of employee behavior in an effort to cultivate the commitment of the workforce towards self-development.

Stakeholders and management should establish consensus when it comes to implementing a strategic human resource model towards improving employee emotions to reflect extensive positivity for sustainable productivity. Bakker, Albrecht, and Leiter (2011) present an important aspect that determines the capacity of an organization to yield better returns depending on employee input. The growth of an organization depends on the psychological state of the employees which demonstrates their ability to establish positive emotions and attitude responsible for enhancing performance. The article provides an analysis of the work environment to understand the different situations that make it difficult for attaining sustainable progression due to challenges that relate to the employees' mental state. The work environment comes with a lot of situations which breed stressful instances which impair the quality of productivity presented by the employees.

Human beings are often adversely affected by depression and work-related stress making it useful to have breaks in between activities as I have in my timeline with the sole intention of breaking the boredom and pressure. The implementation process took cognizance of the need to create a framework addressing the learning environment pressure together with predicting the right methodology to attain positive outcomes despite the challenges faced in the process. The skills that I have attained in the learning process demonstrate the need to acquire substantive positivity in every activity to undertaking for enhanced performance. A leadership role is a critical position that attracts the qualifications of a broader range of competencies that will improve the ability to offer the best leadership and corporate governance in the market. The job requires the holder to have extensive field experience in management of organizations that have the various sizes, features, and operational magnitude. Positive emotions literally change the boundaries of our belief and commitment to how we look into different situations by enhancing our vision perspective different from other people. The changes in how people approach situations create the needed value to enhance considerable progress within their environment to show compassion and encourage others to look the big picture in a challenging situation. Positive emotions are credited for establishing resilience among employees and it is a situation that I have experienced through my life and learning experience since it makes me look at a situation from a different perspective. The positivity in life creates a substantive impact on how people feel the need to appreciate the benefits that come their way and commit to struggle across difficult times.
