Generating good alternative is also a better option in trying to solve the problem of decrease in the production. Exploring wider options the better the final decision that will help in the betterment of the business. It is more complicated at first when you generate different types of the option, but the coming up act with many alternatives will help in digging deeper into the problem in different angles. These best solutions are suitable for the development of the company and the employees should be familiar with these to ease the implementation.
The decision that was made by the other party is to be first discussed and the problems are given the suitable solutions.
