The trucking industry is made up of few large-scale companies and numerous small and medium-sized enterprises which range from courier trucks, food trucks, private carriers, for-hire carriers, owner-operators, and refrigerators among others. Over the past ten years, this industry has experienced tremendous growth and continued to grow and attract more investors despite the challenges that face the industry. By singling out a business niche in the food truck business, the purpose of this survey is to give the researcher a market overview to allow me to establish a new food truck business in Tala City, Ontario. I am a business student preparing to develop my food truck business, and the information from this study is critical for a successful implementation of the company.
