My employee cites that remuneration will be an inadequate approach to facilitate clinicians with the requisite tools, skills, training, and knowledge made to enhance quality. The healthcare facility yearns for an environment where leaders will prompt collaboration healthcare redesigning process and shifts from what the industry is accustomed. The organization has tried extrinsic motivation and monetary compensation, but it didn't work out it per the expectations. The approach worked infinite and straightforward cases and left out on essential messages linked to care priorities. The facility believes intrinsic motivation will result in more patients checking in and more procedures performed because productivity is tied to income and not the other way round The integrated strategy will induce morale, drive innovation, and better performance which monetary inducement cant.

Additionally, Ventura wants the organization to communicate a goal that resonates well with everyone and command trust from everyone that the venture is not harmful as some people might think. Ventura observes the inherent situation since the methane exploration venture can be problematic if not handled keenly. Managers should be creative in their personas, remain genuine; the company communication should remain relevant at all times, consider transparency and quality (Ruppel, & Harrington, 2000). c) How can Range's leadership, communication, and values affect employees' organizational commitment? Range leadership, style of communication, and values are good enough to boost employees' morale and commitment. High levels of Commitment are guaranteed because employees are satisfied by their jobs, and the range management used the type of communication. Open communication allows the employees to receive feedback from the administration concerning their performance (Brown, 2003). They are aware of what is happening in the company and what will their role be in company. Additionally, the evaluation system holds teachers answerable for students learning activities within the classroom setting.

The eminent weakness would be personal factors that might lead to faulty and erroneous response/feedback. The control system is subject to be filled with fake observations or numbers. Again the evaluators tend to measure performance in a field that they are not experts. The evaluation should base on definite school systems and not using the same criteria in different types of the school system. Relating to this case, there are concerns of skewed statements and other statements that didn't show the formulae which were arrived at before a teacher is considered fit and passionate to foster better scores in their subjects. From a principal point of view, principals should consider the significance associated with teacher professional and career development. The state should also use the five star model of evaluation to evaluate how principals are performing.
