The evaluation should base on definite school systems and not using the same criteria in different types of the school system. Relating to this case, there are concerns of skewed statements and other statements that didn't show the formulae which were arrived at before a teacher is considered fit and passionate to foster better scores in their subjects. From a principal point of view, principals should consider the significance associated with teacher professional and career development. The state should also use the five star model of evaluation to evaluate how principals are performing.
