With developing on the high education of globalization and internationalization, more and more American students are studying abroad to gain learning of worldwide markets and comprehensively evolving the world. Most schools are not carrying globalization into the classroom in a way that satisfies the business requirement. various researchers’ states that students who have study-abroad experience are more likely in offering an opportunity to work and gain long-term careers while those who don’t have an international experience might be detrimental to their profession. I believe that students who put a study-abroad experience on a resume will more likely get noticed by an employer, especially employers are looking for candidates that stand out from the crow, and incline who have had international experiences hence believing that the employee can bring something valuable to the company.

Some critics for instance Ludlum, Ice, and Sheetz-Nguyen (2013) have argued that if the study abroad benefits are incredible, yet few scholars take part because of expense, there should be a resolution. One alternative which has comparable encounters (and similar social advantages), however bring down expense and time devotions are short-term study visits. Short study visits are ending up more prominent than more extended programs. Study visits offer the scholars the foreign culture experience, international travel intricacies, and the related advantages. What’s more, short-term study visits give scholars the confidence to take an interest in longer programs. The host university high reputation also enhances the study abroad intent. Financial aid for example scholarships increases the purpose for studying abroad. According to Luo & Jamieson-Drake (2015) scholars study abroad intent upon college entry and study abroad during school years are interrelated and molded by a variety of elements, including gender, race or ethnicity, major, and contribution in college exercise.
