• Team organization This event involves a concerted team effort to be involved in various activities of the event. The event is assigned a manager or a chairman and each subcommittee assigned a chairperson as well. Organizing a corporate meeting and conferences demands time and efforts from a group of team members. These include; project managers, speakers, Dj, dancers, field organizers, state managers, event planners, the general public and musicians. These team members were assigned individual roles and this creates accountability to each purpose. • Determination of administrative processes This involved developing a way on our event planning, budgeting, registration and developing of the staff for the event. Since we're under membership of Wild Apricot Membership, we created and managed all our event activities easily through our online event management system. • Partnership and sponsor establishment Cupin Roller partnered with CATCH-UP television and radio station to help in the advertisement of the political conference to the locals who could not access the social media advertisement forums.

Moreover, the radio station was to produce the assistant master of ceremony of the event. • Other first aid services such as St Joh’s Ambulance and contact number was made known to the crowd. • In case of an accident or incident, the staff was alert to report immediately. Unauthorized access to non-public areas • The access areas by the public were clearly defined before the beginning of the event. Saturday, afternoon First Aid by the county safety council All the participants of the skating event were informed on access to First Aid in case of an accident or an incident that required first Aid. They were trained on the provision of First Aid by the County safety council and all awarded a certificate of participation. Day 2, Saturday, April 7, from 4 pm JBL Skate Maintenance certification JBL made a little demonstration on a various skating maintenance program. This is important in helping roller skating centers on documenting skate inspections, maintenance and repairs.

Day 2, Saturday, April 7 Roller skating foundation silent auction This is a foundation of roller skaters members were encouraged to keep on enrolling. Contract awarding and Supply Agreement Cupin Rollers advertised for tender application for vendors to apply for the supply of skating rollers and their accessories. Ten companies made application for the tender awarding. The application involved submission of your business magazine, financial statement and a bidding amount of $20 non-refundable. Six of the ten companies were awarded the tender as listed in table 2 above. The companies were to adhere to the supply agreement with the suppliers and Mr. The minimum delivery time was to be 3 weeks. In case of likelihood of delay, the supplier was to notify Cupid Roller and provide reasonable notice for the re-schedule of the delivery date. e) Title and risk Title and risk of loss or product damage were to pass from the supplier to the Cupid Roller on receiving and unloading of products on the basis of Destination of Delivery as determined in INCOTERMS 2000.

There are various incidences that occurred during the planning of the roller skating event. This includes; event advertisement via CATCH-UP television and radio station venue preparations and site surveys and committees. Through the google page, the audience could register and get more information about our roller skating event. Social media Most people are on Facebook and therefore a Facebook forum for the event was created from which people were mobilized to attend the event. In this forum, awareness was created to all and all people could access information on the planning progress of the event. All announcements, questions, responses, event news were made through this forum. Roller skating awareness to the public was made via these channels. Rentals are the best practice for children. • Style: people have a different preference of skating styles and this is a major factor to the serious skaters.

Cupid Rollers were supplied with all equipment brands, gear, and components so as to meet the needs of the people. This event met the demands of all skaters whether a derby, artistic, speed or jam skater. All types were available to ensure people get rolling in their style. This maintenance practice ensured that once the customers purchased roller skates, they had an assurance that in case of breakage its repaired in time. Moreover, Cupin Rollers skates were always maintained in condition and therefore efficient service delivery to the customers as well as satisfying their interests. This program also helps in storage of accident reports and identify the skates that were involved in the accident. They also mark destroyed and missing skates. This ensures inventory is accurately updated. Summary and recommendation The Cupin Rollers Skating event organization involved planning, forecast budgeting, advertisement, venue preparation and maintenance practices, contract assignment for skates and accessories sales, customer purchases and the evaluation of the roller skating event after the project.

The purpose of the event was to bring together various stakeholders to give charity donations to the poor as they carried out their usual business. The roller skating event attracted various contractors and quest who contributed many donations for charity work in return. The project event was managed effectively from the preliminary planning to the implementation, however, it attracted a less number of key attendees than our expectations. Was it because our advertisement was poorly done? Was the exercise boring to many? Or the roller Skating sport activity is of less interest to few people? In my opinion, I do recommend a football sporting activity or any other activity that attracts mass numbers being used as means of attracting more people to the event which in return will be helpful in realizing the main agenda.
