By that, there are challenges that always students face while trying to sustain the two such as conflicting schedules from both, social life, handful amounts of work to be done, fatigue and exhaustion all day every day and even encountering inflexible bosses that do not allow schedule shuffle. That is why it was important to choose this specific topic is for the reasons that I felt there was the need for research in an area that many graduates are falling into and provide solutions and suggestions on how they can cope with full time working and studying at the same time. I have had the first-hand experience from friends who juggle with this kind of situation. Most of them have had some rough times.

With time, I felt that this could not be the only people going through this, so it was important for someone to document these challenges and how people can deal with such. That way the research is essential to be undertaken to establish what kind of problems arise from partaking this and solutions to these problems to ensure that neither the quality of the education and work is compromised. The right audience for this research are the graduate students and the adults who are working and studying at the same time. It is this group that the topic affects most. Problem statement To solve a problem, it is essential to have a clear understanding of the problem. The main issue when it comes to working full time and professional studies at the same time is balancing the two.

Many of the people prefer to continue with their current status as they pursue their education to get a more senior job position. At other instances seeking learning while still at work would be to gain more skills in the current job (Holmes, 2008). Feeling inefficient in your work because of the limited abilities you have provokes one to have more knowledge and evade issues of being demoted or laid off for a better person. Accomplishing two units at the same time is expendable a big success. It saves on time that would have been used doing the two duties separately (Metcalf, 2003). Due to the collision of time makes it hard to entirely give it all to both of duties (O'Connor & Cordova, 2010).

Quality, in this case, is compromised. Reduced work affects the maximum skills that are expected to be learned. Balancing the two becomes a problem which leaves one of the units disadvantaged. The objective of taking two groups at one is to restore both and gain as much as possible. Issues such as lack of concentration, decreased performance and inactivity are the results which reduce performance both at work and school. Job security, effects on school duties affect the extra benefits that one was trying to gain by co-joining the two (Darolia, 2014). Overcoming the primary challenge of simultaneously working and studying is finding the balance for both. It is easy for some people to quit rather than continue. However, one should be reminded of the results of it all.

Time is limited and a minute fetched here and there adds up to hours well utilized. Fetching for online classes reduces time spent commuting to and fro especially when your workplace and the school are some distance apart. Online classes which include online lectures and assignments offer flexibility, and it becomes easier to balance work and study. It is even more convenient to watch specific lectures at the office when you have some free time or at lunch hour. Balance and flexibility come when one is spending the time available proportionally. It emphasizes that learning is emphasized by doing. He believed that reality must be experienced. The experiences of what you are studying for must be experienced to have firm roots and expertise in your field.

It is to mean that students must interact with the environments that promote what they are learning to adapt. This theory relates to the topic of this research in the manner that students who want to study and at the same time work to advance their knowledge and career in their field of choice is allowed. Still, as more people consciously exert an effort to enhance their work-associated performance via a range of diverse training and educational programs, accumulation of tasks is also a key theme to their encounter. While graduate students working full-time might strive to improve their life and career, the pile of tasks (brought by twice the demands and responsibilities when they enroll in professional courses for instance or other life-related endeavors apart from work) challenges them to sustain the requirements of the multiple tasks before them according to Richardson, Evans and Gbadamosi (2013).

This leads to the quality compromise of each activity hence drain the energy of both students. Contrast in the literature The constant theme in the literature is the hardship graduate students face when after entering the job market. The lack of relevant experience is often associated with freshly graduate's students. The design confines to the aims of the study and will be able to integrate the different components of the research and achieve the results of the study. Research instruments Because it was essential to understand the lives and experiences of these full-time job students from their perspective, the research instrument that was utilized in the study surveyed monkey. It gave the researchers an in-depth insight into the experiences of working full time and being a student at the same time.

Individual ideas or opinions were not imposed on the interviewees to maintain the credentials of the research. The responses by the candidates were candid and truthful. Two respondents said that they had worked 30 to 40 hours per week building 33. 33% of the total. 67% while another one respondent went out for 1 hour making 16. 67% of the total. It is also true that they prioritize the two because the time spent mostly on other lifestyle activities is very minimal. Thus sacrifice of social life and holidays is necessary to be able to merge learning and working. Also, the time spent on studying is reasonable having less than three classes. This is to mean that one has to dedicate enough time any time available to study. Technology seems to have made it easier for one to merge learning and working since studying can be done at the comfort of their own home or workplace. Working and studying day and night.
