The relationship between the parents and their children is different, as some parents have different characters and distinct personality on how they should approach child parenting program. Some parents seem not to know anything concerning parental program and seem not to be interested since their view towards this program differs from others who are willing and ready to learn and take the initiative. According to the interview, most parents have heard of the education parenting program, even if some of them have not gotten a chance to learn due to some limiting factors. For some who have learned the parental program, they have been able to achieve much is the growth of their kids. For instance, in the first interview, Jenny confesses that she has been reading books in order to learn something in parenting programs, which according to her the reading has been helpful since she has been able to add something important to her parenting role.

In other cases, parents lack proper knowledge on the most suitable institution a parent should choose for the kid to benefit from proper learning which is well strategized and organized according to the age of that particular child. Some of the institutions offer a low-quality form of education to children to parents since the parent’s lack an authoritative data that can help them chose what they prefer. For instance, it is not easy to get guidance on whether to choose an art training institution or an English course for their children. Another problem that parents encounter is lack of suitable educational programs that are interesting and well understood by their children since some parental programs are not entertaining and seem to be difficult for the child to understand.

Widowed parenting Fathers are the pillars and the heads of their families, on any day a responsible and loving father will always act as the main catalyst for the proper progressing of the family. Course content and cost Parent education, course content, and the cost is another major theme portrayed in the interview. Sometimes it is not easy for parents to understand what parenting education is, leaving alone understanding the importance of being educated on how to take care of their children. Some parents prefer reading books and others watch videos which help them learn about responsible parenting. However, most parents get are unable to pass the knowledge to their children practically since some of them believe that teachers are the best when it comes to teaching and taking care of kids, this makes the parental educational program less important even after the parent learns.

In other cases, some parents are less concerned and naïve and lack any idea of what is parenting education. Although parent groups are also important, Joy prefers to attend online courses because the conversation in the parent group chat always ends after chatting in a while. According to Fiona, she suggests that attending classes is boring and some parents might fall asleep during lectures. She suggests that parents should be engaged in an interactive form of parental education such as playing games with their kids while at the same time they are learning. She also admits that forming parental groups such as WeChat is important because it promotes social interaction and sharing of experiences in order to promote positive parenting and development.

Parent's roles as teachers Early childhood parent education should focus on empowering parents to play roles of teachers. Parents should opt to adapt to the methods that the teachers use in order to improve the social interaction and behavior of their children. Parents acting roles of teachers are very important because it ensures that children are subjected to academic excellence because they will play an important role in reducing child behavior problems and also they will promote a child coping skills. Different perceptions about parental education program From the interview, we can clearly see the different perception about the parent education program from different interviewers. Some parents are aware and they find this program as effective and very helpful, this has challenged them to enroll in this program so that they can gain good parental skills.

According to Jenny, she is aware of the parent education program but she is not willing to participate in it, she claims that she gains her parental skills from reading various books. She also claims that parent education is important because it plays a major role in expressing feelings and improving communication skills. According to Susan, she has never attended any course related to parent education but she hopes that this kind of programs does exist. Susan claims that this course is important because it enriches a parent’s decision making to matters that relate to their children. Parent education program helps parents to choose the right course and career paths for their children, apart from career choice this course is also important because it allows parents to give their children some sought of freedom to do whatever they like.

Conclusion and recommendations Parent education program is very important this is because it always aims at improving a person's parenting skills and it mostly applies to parents who are considering having a child either through birth or adoption. Additionally, the key consideration of participating in this interview was to learn how parents should raise their kids responsibly with additional skills that will eventually make the growth process of the kids easier. According to the interview, the optimal program which I would like would involve cost and time. The cost of training parents should be low and the time for offering this program should perfect to accommodate all parents at a given time. In the questionnaire, one of the concerns was to learn the challenges that affect parenting.
